Amazon's current push under its CEO is showing strategic implementation in leadership frameworks. Amazon is restructuring by cutting layers of management to foster a more startup-like culture and reinforcing individual contributors instead of hierarchies. In addition, Amazon is embedding AI at the core of its operations shifting its performance metrics and composition of its workforce as employees will need to adapt and embrace AI tools.
